At PDFStorm, we understand that your documents may contain personal or confidential information. That's why we've built in layers of protection for safe use. We don't use cloud providers; we have our own encrypted storage. Uploaded files are not backed up.

No one except you, not even our employees, has access to your uploaded files.

File content is not stored in logs. Technical system logs do not contain document data.

Files are not used for analysis, profiling, or machine learning.

Automatic Deletion

We don't store files longer than necessary. For security, all uploaded and converted files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 2 hours after processing. The entire object is deleted, not just the entry for it.

Manual Deletion

Don't want to wait two hours? You can delete files yourself immediately after downloading. Just click the appropriate button, and your data will be instantly deleted. Complete control over your information.

Encrypted Connection

All data exchange between you and PDFStorm is secure. Our site uses the modern HTTPS protocol with 256-bit encryption. According to the independent platform qualys.com, we maintain an A+ security rating.

No third-party access

Files are used exclusively to perform the current operation. We do not transfer, sell, or open your files to third parties. The infrastructure is deployed without the use of third-party cloud providers (contractors). Once the process is complete, only you have access to the data.
